Origin Story
Sage Parashara, in the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, the foundational text of Vedic astrology, describes how each of the nine grahas possesses its own beej mantra of immense power, capable of altering the intensity of a planet's effect when chanted with devotion and correct pronunciation. He taught that while a kundli reveals a planet's position, it is the sincere chanting of its mantra that can genuinely shift its influence on a person's life, forming the basis of all planetary remedial jaaps practiced today.
